If, like we at Queenslanders for Constitutional Monarchy, you believe that Australia has the best form of government yet devised by Man for the Government of Man, whereby the Crown serves on behalf of the sovereign people with power divided vertically and horizontally in a constitution in order to limit the tyranny of the few, and promote liberty for the many in the pursuit of happiness, please consider joining our Association and working with us to defend our free and prosperous way of life in Australia, the lucky country under the Crown.

We do not support the ill considered moves by extremists, anarchists/'republicans", and other "progressives", to replace the Queen as Sovereign, or the hasty dismantling of our Australian-created constitution to remove the Governor-General, the Queen's representative, and replace that constitutionally-recognised post by a power-hungry prime minister or some party political hack wanting to lord it over the people in a triumph of his will! We seek also to retain intact the States, local government, the Senate, State upper chambers and freedom of enterprise as fundamental to our belief in the Australian democratic process unencumbered by big government, faceless bureaucracy and their centralising dangers.

We wish to remain within the 54-nation Commonwealth of Nations headed by the Queen working together to create a better world. We as Australians are joined together as Australians one people under the flag of the Southern Cross and Union Jack. We have inherited a wealth of institutions and systems from our pioneer forefathers, and apart from minor tweaks here and there, see no reason to cast aside a workable system that has proven itself over many decades of struggle, progress and fantastic achievement, delivering as it has, peace, prosperity, liberty, freedom and the pursuit of happiness. Indeed, the envy of the world!

The Association produces a regular publication entitled "Crown". Archived copies will eventually be available on this site.
